Hello everyone,Just a little bit about me: I just turned 39, have a wife and 2 kids, have worked as a Pipefitter/Pipe welder for about 18 years now, and currently work for the water district for the East Bay area in California.

It's right in the middle of the floor, not near a window or any water source.

Hi everyone, we currently moved from WNY and live in a 2nd floor apartment of a 3 unit multi-family house on the east side of Providence (near Hope Village).

@Jared Vidales Hey Jared, I own 3 that are pretty much exclusive Boat/RV storage and in the middle of adding on a little over 12,000 square feet at one facility right now.They aren’t terribly different in the grand scheme compared to regular storage but there are a few major differences that I imagine you are aware of by now.After getting systems in place I think collections are better at Boat/RV compared to mini.

Today these houses are valued at $700K- $1MM (original home structures).I'm looking to do something similar, but the East Coast has obviously appreciated significantly since.

I typically recommend that clients select an option somewhere in the middle, an acceptable balance between mitigating liability and an acceptable increase in administrative fees.

East Cleveland will IMO be unrecognizable along the Euclid corridor in 5, 8 years.
