I am conceptualizing an adaptive re-use for a property I control which would be a great site for a container concept (restaurants, beverage, etc).

$10,500 receiving in rent.It has some low cost units as they are not in great condition and some are quite small.The location is great and has 17/18 rented long term at the moment meaning it will cashflow from day 1.It is poorly managed and still booked because it is a desirable area walking to nightlife restaurants highway and close to airport.

As in the restaurants, the people I've interacted with, the surrounding areas, etc.

Right now we have a restaurant business in Eau Claire, WI, a printing business (w/office space) in Brooklyn Park, MN & a Boating Company in Brainerd, MN!

These units are located across the street from a very active hockey arena, a few breweries, nice restaurants, and the new building of one of the largest employers in the city.

It's not easy to get a loan from a Mexican bank and it's very expensive.
