like its some animal of its own.. its simply a company that instead of retailing homes to home buyers  sells them once rehabbed to investors.. nothing more nothing less. nothing different than going to the grocery store and buying your food.. 

A short term rental cannot compete with these resorts since they don't have what people want: the amenities and unlimited food and drink to do.The short-term rental customers oftentimes hate Punta Cana (all those I've met at least) want a different experience.

They work 10-12 hours a day, and just need a place to drink beer, cook food, do laundry, take a shower, and sleep.

Just food for thought.Those are all great areas to invest in imo, unfortunately I do not have any rentals there but I am doing a rehab in merchantville.

Though Bills were always paid first, the rest was typically spent on fast-food until the next payday.

Matter of fact, it has most of the fast-food restaurant chains, shopping centers, etc...
