(I know, super late to be posting, but I don’t care.)It’s been several weeks since I’ve last posted, so I wanted to update and also see where everyone else is on/in their journey.Again, I am recently separated veteran from the military due to injury, and now receive full benefits and am in the process of getting ready to invest my first multifamily property.I am currently going through the pre-approval process, my credit score has improved tremendously, and focused on growing my transportation technology startup as I’ve just been accepted into an Incubator program for startups.I am looking at duplexes currently, and still have been engaged in networking/building relationships and educating myself with books and podcasts.It has been one hell of a year (not in a great way at the start of it), but I’m looking forward to 2023.

My cautionary thinking was that with technology it's not to difficult for someone to change the time stamp on digital photos.

I've been learning the industry for the last year, I think there is more money to be made in technology that allows CBD to be applied or ingested than in growing.

So, I pieced together some personal technology work arounds.

I just watched the webinar and they say it links to all real estate technology.

The real estate game has changed and commissions are going in the opposite direct. 10-20 years ago realtors did a lot more work than they do today... and most of that has come with the advances in technology.

I say go for it. if your a go getter and motivated and a person that is not afraid of work, you can succeed at a part timer. anyways with modern technology, no one will know your a part-timer. you can call buyers, agents, brokers, anytime of day and they will not know that your doing it while working another job at the same time.

Improved management - and technology - it's a story still being written.

I’m doing customer research for a new platform that would help landlords and property managers automate their communication with tenants and perspective tenants using new to world chat technology.
