I need as little out of my pocket as possible here.  75% of ARV is the industry standard.

Both have advantages and disadvantages.As someone who thrives on new industries, I love seeing them come to town.

DSCR lenders will close in an entity, allowing more protection for you, and the industry has become super competitive compared to conventional.
