I work in the health care field as well and was looking into a similar strategy. 

May our health care workers get a long needed rest, may sticks cost less to put in our nest.

I am currently a healthcare professional and I travel all over the US for my job.

The health care industry is also the largest employer in the area.

It's a bit out of my budget but when driving through the town I see it may be a good rental area due to health care occupations. 

In our specific case, we have had good luck acquiring rentals that appeal to more than just college students, so we have been fortunate enough to have a large number of renters from all different industries but especially healthcare with the strong healthcare community located here.

Hi Nadir,  I find that lowering the security deposit often helps people get in the door, I will advertise the low-security deposit in my ad for the property or may offer a low-security deposit to Healthcare Workers, Police Officers, and Veterans    While eviction is a disqualifier for me, I do consider lower credit scores. 

I know I can do it in dentistry, but that’s far from passive and I have no desire to have 100 employees again.

They would have been taking advantage of a man I love very much, while also stealing assets that may be needed to cover healthcare expenses and eventually inheritance.
