Maybe 6 or more months ago David Greene had someone on the BP podcast talking about mid-term rentals for travelling nurses and that's exactly what they did.

The questions that I would ask as a private lending partner would be as follows:o Are you a foreign national of the United States or do you have a green card (permanent resident alien)?

I actually ended up doing what @Jonathan Greene suggested just for the sake of being cost effective at this moment.

If so, that may be a turnoff due to cost to keep it green.
