I have done some research on using OPM as well.I first began learning about Wholesaling and studied a bunch of content over Youtube University where I came across BP. 

This issue has been going on since April of this year with no resolution.

If this is for real, I strongly suspect you'll need to be an accredited investor.

If you allow this to continue, they will only get worse over time, and your losses will increase.I suggest you hire an attorney.

This is because I'm concerned that even though the things in the house I can see look great things like the electrical, plumbing, or the foundation may need major repair if not immediately relatively soon. 

However, this type of work I would say falls more into the Realtor's area of expertise.
