They key is education and that is not necessarily a college degree.

I am currently attending college for Mechanical Engineering and feel as though real estate is a good fit for my schedule.

Im Purchasing a 4 bed 2 bath 1376 sqft SFH in the heart of Tempe,AZ less than 2 miles away from Arizona State(college town) for 195K.

I also went to college, not that it is mandatory, and I got a business degree that emphasized real estate.  

This is a common issue that college student housing faces.  

Still I don't think he advocates credit card debt, car loans, personal home loans and huge college loans.

Dover seems to be a good opportunity with colleges, Delaware government offices and an Air Force base. 

I hope I'm not being delusional here, but Real Estate has captured my interest seeing as so many people have mentioned it before.Currently I'm in college pursuing a 2 yr degree in Construction Management and will transfer to get a bachelor's in the same field.

Also having a few anchors in a city help for stability (e.g. capital cities, sports teams, highly reputable colleges / universities).Please add us to your buyers list. 

I am a recent college grad looking to finally get into real-estate  investing and I have no clue where to begin.
