What prompted this post was the notion that LTR's may be getting overlooked or overshadowed by the STR fervor that our market has been experiencing. 

All of you have made me see how mistaken I was in my notion.

So the notion that using this instrument instead of one of those true security instruments grants the owner a faster resolution to default is not completely accurate.  

I buy solely based on cash flow and do not have a preconceived notion that appreciation will occur.

Newbie here looking for some guidelines for goal setting.The notion of goal setting has come up in my reading here, other forums, and books on the subject.

The sooner we get away from the notion that REI is sexy, pleasant, or easy, the sooner we stop hearing stories like this.

So the notion of sitting around and watching the money roll in never really happens.

If/when they give you that-- which I doubt they will-- then you play a little more offense and say that should solve any notion of increased usage without firm evidence.They won't disconnect your utilities, you could sue and have a far larger case to win.

However,  is that a pre covid notion?
