I am not sure if an attorney review will help with this, specific, basic level of knowledge.Just like an attorney likely won't call out, from a legal perspective, that you are investing with a sponsor who is 23 yrs old and been a residential loan underwriter for 8 months before trying to piece together a syndication.

When looking for areas to invest in I basically advise that you find deals that are available, vet the locations, and then underwrite the deals if you would invest in the locations.

Federal lands come right down basically to the city limits and subdivisions are nestled right up against them.. so you could sprawl there.out east there are very few federal lands close to housing .. so that makes zero sense.It only works in the West from Rockies to the Pacific and select areas.
