So what do they do to "find the next great deal"?

The only issue we’re running into now is finding a spot to permanently park the RV for a long-term rental so if anyone has any experience with this in this particular area of South Jersey, please message me as I do have several questions.

I generally work with home owners looking for long term management, but I do work with a local broker with access to off-market deals, and he sees a lot of activity in the area.

If you can invest locally, I'd recommend doing that before investing out of state.

If you do decide on MN, did a similar analysis as you a few months back in St Paul with rent-to-price ratios based on median price and median rents for each neighborhood in St Paul.

I'd like to know who else can do loan amounts under $100k.
