It just screams tasteless.While I understand that most investors are doing this to a lot of homeowners and do not have the time to visit with each one of them.

However, with a site or a blog, the challenge is the same: visitors.

MichelleHi Michelle --I can't really speak for Eric but here's what I'd guess:The whole purpose for giving away useful information at no charge, is to collect some useful info from your visitors, in exchange.

I agree that this is disturbing news but absolutely to be expected.The world economy is in a shambles and whether you put the blame on our industry, lack of government regulation, the not so federal Federal Reserve or alien visitors... the results are clearly going to be far reaching and long lasting.

We have a tremendous influx of visitors from the whole nation descending here for leisure activities.

This is a great opportunity to generate additional income, but just as important, this allows property owners to provide quality wireless coverage to tenants and visitors.

My partner ends up getting into a screaming match with the head person in charge and they are threatening each other. 

@Nick Account ClosedJosh mentioned years ago that id addresses of many visitors to the site were government offices. 

I guess this lady could argue that her Airbnb guests are overnight visitors, but she herself is not living in the properties.

I would try finding lists that "scream" motivation like Tax Deliquent properties, code violation list, inherited properties, etc.
