Could anyone recommend a good demo company in Miami-Dade or Broward County?

We then would tailor the rehab to fit that demo, and it worked every time. 

Not that I'm 1/2 was in to the demo I found a rotten beam, two completely in supported joists, and the entire down stairs is still functioning on live knob and tube wiring!

Tile: Materials cost (tile, grout, backer board, sealers) + 7 per square foot for demo, board, tile, grout and seal.  

I scrubbed the walls with TSP, & ran my Ozone generator on a timer at night until the demo was done.

That or I could rip out the old plumbing and only get a slightly better situation because the horizontal 90 will not go away without a major demo.

Very easy, and worth a demo to see if it can improve your workflow.

We eventually discovered that hope is a great thing, but a complete demo was better. 

Shoot, the demo is just about done if youre a flipper...
