If the point in the future is to convert it to a full rental or sell it to another investor/house hacker, you want to know what the numbers would look like in that scenario.

Keep in mind the sufficiency test is based on the appraised rents but will use 75% of the actual rents towards  your debt to income ratio for qualifying.I think this is so underutilized and a total game changer for house hackers in Los Angeles.

Properties with existing tenants can be had for better deals because of the moratorium, but they don't work for house hackers trying to hit it with FHA.
