We currently have two new constructions under way in Cape Coral with Rent to Retirement.

I have spoken with the city and verified that I am allowed to add this unit, we're already under contract to add the meter for power with an electrical company, and have already had the sewer pipes dug and installed under our slab, I am well under way!

I just explain to the tenants that the eviction process is underway for legal purposes but you want to work out a deal outside of the eviction.

@Mark Werner - you mentioned passing on some other possible applicants...until you have gotten the application process fully underway with one candidate and have accepted their application fee (assuming you have one...you should, to cover the costs of the background and credit checks), then continue the process and allow others to apply.
