The key is constant knowledge transfer and training so that you don't have all the domain knowledge in one person. 

For a hands off investor its just a claim and another service ticket to be outsourced.Go over your declaration page you will have lots of decisions to make.  

I tell them approximately how much all the big ticket items that look like they need to be replaced within the next 3-5 years.

But I am also a contractor so my eye may be a bit more trained. 

After you hire the VA, you have to train them.

They're targeting credit card companies, banks, hotels, airlines, utility providers, food delivery service, restaurants, auto dealers, event ticketing companies, and last but not least, property management companies.
