In my opinion this is a smart move for the long term all be it is a very tiny step. 

--  Or happy swimming after the dive into tiny home development / old motel-to-housing downtown re-development!

Our concept is specifically focused on ADUs in the Austin area and we need to learn from realtors for future assistance with MLS buy/sell listings, land acquisitions and sales support for tiny and small houses.

In that short time my tiny little house house has more than doubled in value, and I'm trying to figure out if it would be best to hold it and keep renting or sell (maybe 1031?) 

Do tiny houses qualify as trailers?

Just in case the wrong folks come across this (I know they will be in the tiny minority)..We are not open to investor offers, or any other 50 cents on the dollar deals.

Tiny rooms for less or may not be worth it to rent.

I am interesting in Tiny Home Construction on my own SFH property for rentals.

So many of these old Boston homes have tiny closets.
