In Tampa region, or any Florida region, (please specify  the region) how much are you finding the sf price to be for installation labor on tile, vs glue down vinyl, vs floating vinyl?

The only way a home would have asbestos is that someone found and used some old asbestos tile mastic, other old building material or some such remote chance scenario.

First one was from a broken tile on the bench in the master shower.

As far as Tile I put the 2nd to lowest tile in a very expensive home, I put it diagonal, gv perception of a more expensive look.

The rest is cosmetic maintenance that was never completed... old cast iron tubs with worn caulked seams, peeling and cracking tiled floors, floors that have been wet and need new sub floors, some roof truss work as well as some floor joist work where the previous owner cut two of the joists to plumb the tub.
