Converted the upstairs full bath (which was accessible from the hall and primary bedroom) into two full baths, changing this from a 3 bed 1.5 bath to a 3 bed, 2.5 bath.

I'm looking to get into the medium-term rental space and I've found a property that fits all my criteria - it's a turn-key 3 bed 1 bath (one bedroom is on the smaller side so I plan to make this more of an office space), located justĀ a 5 minute walk to the largest hospital in the area.I have 2 bedrooms and I was wondering if it's possible/viable to rent out my unit by the room to travel nurses?

I'm not trying to rip into the work and expense you've done, but for not much more per night, I can get something really great with more bedrooms across the street in Championsgate, Windsor or Solara.I'll jump in about the grill too, that's way too much, especially since your title says "Pool & BBQ", but I have to spend extra to get the BBQ part.

Estimates are bout 400k for full gut remodel (hvac, plumbing, electrical, roof, mostly new windows, kitchens, and baths, minor re-framing) New plan is for (2) 2B1B units and will rent for 2k and 2500/mo. 1 unit is a larger 2 bedroom.
