I know one person who had several large ranches in partnerships and one of them had a partner steal massive amounts of money putting everything into bankruptcy.

How would that process work if it's not my actual house and all I have is a piece of paper.As Ryan mentioned, that's only going to work if you are under contract for a steal because they need that same cushion in order to make any money; if you are, why not buy it yourself?

As @Ian Barnes mentioned, a lot of newbies (myself included) think that the 50k and under properties are a steal but the reality is you need to really know the area and your costs in order to succeed at these.

You're stacking another 10K simply from a profit angle becomes predatory dealing at that point and you're probably stealing future equity, if any, from your buyer.

Honestly LANDING PAGES will be more important to you than your WEBSITE for lead gen.I'm a marketing guy so I think it's a good investment of time to come up with a great identity - come up with something that makes sense and is easy to remember and is hopefully even "catchy"..

Hey Jeff (and others) - according to BP there actually is NOT a policy regarding profile names being legal names.From the FAQ: We understand that you might want to change your profile name to a more personal identity as time goes on, however you will need to contact our support team to make the changes on our end.
