Under a 10 Min walk to train station that can go to NYC (1 Hour).

We're a military family currently stationed in the UK and I don't want to omit information but I can't seem to break this door down... any advice?

For my rental ...the first year I was only breaking even once everything was covered but for the upcoming year I will have positive cashflow but not a vast amount due to increasing the rent, allowing pets etc There is a future lrt coming (due to start next year)  it will have 3 stations in close proximity of the house and I am hoping that this will also add appreciation

People who bought into the idea turned their cars into work stations for Uber Technologies Inc. and Lyft Inc. or became couriers for food-delivery services like DoorDash Inc.They have taken a hit, but with Airbnb, the problems are broader.

There is an even broader range of "small shops" than STNL retail, i own a gas station, etc.The short answer is, always maintain your property, be aware of your tenants' needs and have cash reserves to remodel or reposition the assets to generate the highest rent.

You're right though, there is a lot of new development around the station as well as all along the Federal corridor.

I’m active duty so looking to buy in my last duty station area.

I'm Navy stationed in Hawaii and will be moving in about 15 months.
