I'm looking at properties with Rent to Retirement.

Our financial planner has forecasted that based on what we have/are putting away in our IRA’s, I will be able to retire by age 60, and my husband by age 65.

The website I purchased has stable income with a large positive cash flow which will help me feed my family and get through what is coming.

I won't be investing in the riskiest/most supportable asset subclasses such as hotels, and tilt my portfolio the ones that have historically been more stable such as multifamily and single-family housing.
