Also, if you think you could save some money on doing it yourself, you can also calculate its worth, say if you hire someone at 12/hr, and you earn 24/hr, you can hire 2 hrs of work vs doing it yourself. if it were me, I would rather pay and relax vs me doing grunt work, else, I would have just bought myself (and/or the 4-plex) an additional job.
