The cash flow does look realy good even if I were to recieve a 0% discount because the mortgage payment is so low.

When I was stating what the property costs me every month, I was including extra to account for repairs.Also, Its not likely to be vacant any time soon as illustrated by the volume of calls I recieved wanting to rent the place with out even seeing it within a half of a day.

I do this alot for tenants based on when they recieve their income.

I was aking what rent price was getting recieved for these properties, what type of prperties are a hot topic over seas, I know nothing about overseas real estate investing however I know enough about domestic investing my goal was to get a feel for the international oppourtunites out there, are they positive cash flow?

A little intimidating at first since the majority of he group is elder but they recieve you very well and never frown at newbie questions.  

In Ohio for example an owner occupant buyer is only required to put down a $100 down payment and in most cases recieves a $2500 bonus to cover closing costs directly form HUD.

When a discount happens there can be no conveyance in any form or fashion either in interest OR use of the property back to the one who recieved the discount action.
