So opportunity but problem as I am paying bills/taxes on a property I don't own and am not sure how to claim ownership of.However, my aunt is in Maryland, My uncle is in Pennsylvania and My mother and I are in Hawaii.Is there a way for the three of them to transfer the property to me without us taking an expensive trip to Philadelphia?

As others have stated, you don't want these tenants, today this is the problem, a month from now they will be demanding something else.Tell them the lease is what the husband signed, but to keep from being hard feelings you will give them the deposit back and pro-rate the rent if they can move out immediately.

everyone so far appears to be against the paint option, what I have found from my experience is you can paint metal tubs with no problem as long as you remove the drain and paint under it when reinstall it, if they tape around it which most of them do, it will begin to peel from there, what I would like to know is what is the best cleaning chemical to remove the stain, as far as painting a fiberglass tub I have no experience with that, hope this helps. let us know what you end up doing because I also hate spending money I don't have to.
