@Zach Denny  Similar to what Minna posted above, I have done with a local portfolio lender bank where they set their own lending rules. 

Someone called me today (probably his wife) and said Preston has been trying so hard to clean up his image and was upset by this post.

Lots of folks come up from Ventura County, including many who responded to your post. 

BRRRR is not a great strategy in the current market due to the mortgage rates so it's not as applicable as many think from reading older posts or books about how easy it is.

If I can remember what gave me that impression I'll post it. 

I thought the posting said 3 unit but my realtor gave me the paper work on it.
