It is a great place as it has all the life and fun, and yet a ferry/train ride away to Manhattan.

during the "boom" times but COVID has loosened everything up and now 5% can be had in Manhattan, 6%-7% in Brooklyn and even 8% in the Bronx.

Residential sales are up, leasing activity is up, and anecdotally from my perch in downtown Manhattan i can tell you its starting to get busy again.

Hey my name is Giovanni I just recently moved from queens to union city New Jersey  I have been looking around for an investment opportunity in union city I was wondering if anyone here has any input on this area just because it is so close to manhattan and the prices aren’t so high compared to Hoboken and downtown jersey city also if it is worth to buy a new construction multi family instead of an existing one

I live 30 min from Manhattan and so real estate values here are also definitely higher but I've purchased multiple deals right here for 250k or below.
