You can create a package for your project and reach out to some investors to see if they want to fund your project.

Wondering if its a good investment to re-enroll for another 6 months and get the package that includes access for the pre-licensing classes as well as the 90 hour post license class requirement. 

If you plan to stay in the immediate area the agent works in, you can do a package deal.

We're gutting 5 kitchens in a MF. I'd like to put "black stainless" or slate appliances in. I'm fine with top/bottom fridge/freezers. What would you recommend as a decent budget option? We will need dishwashers as well. 

His rent was $600 for a 2BR 1BA, market would have been at that time about $850 by their marketing package. 

Their program entry level cost is 8k and full package is 15k.

At the hearing I had my closing package that included a copy of the recorded deed and proof of title insurance.
