Houston Rental Property investment group/program buy in.

Good Evening Everyone, Has anyone ever heard of a group called “the big game hunter”? They are a Realestate investing group that you buy into to learn all of the tricks to investing in flips and/or buy and hold, single family only. They are out of California but are now working in the Houston area. Their program entry level cost is 8k and full package is 15k. I’m curious if anyone has ever joined and whether or not you feel it was worth the expense. That’s a lot of money to pay. I appreciate the feedback.
