They will start to look at your system as a nuisance, not a sound strategy.

It's a bit hokey, but the location is something of a blight and a nuisance at the moment, so I think the city would be open to getting something going there.I do need to find out if I am saving much over permanent construction though in terms of impact fees and things like that.
