Yes I do have an MP3 player in the truck (plus a iPhone iPad and laptop). 

I did some research on a new build a few years ago as I almost purchased a piece of land in San Rafael and I was getting prices between $300-$350/SF for a modern looking house without fixtures and appliances. 

They look like the real thing and come in more modern colors, but obviously they are vinyl and easy to install. 

Don't do it don't do it don't do it.Redoing the floors and getting a modern lighting fixture in there should be enough to make it quite attractive as a rental.

@Joshua Dorkin Yes, @Hattie Dizmond 's icon is appearing upside down on my iphone using safari, but not on my laptop, using Chrome.

I've seen several houses around Indy do the same thing and it really makes the house look more modern and brightens it up.  

This is getting annoying this morning since I was trying to catch up on things and still need to keep my sound on the laptop for notification messages and such. 

With urban infill where we are building, we have to keep the designs more modern. 

It was really nice modern appliances, energy efficient, built in surround sound and a cozy fireplace, pretty much everything had been redone.

Basically replaced his alienware laptop with it with a much smaller footprint.
