Some are very specialized, like WPG (malls in B & C cities) or NXRT (apartments in B and C neighborhoods) or REITs that are self-storage facilities, medical tenants, or cloud data centers.

The tenant stated that he did not have a ss# (which was not true because he is in bk now with one)  He stated that he had just arrived in the Country a few months ago as a rep for a furniture company in Denmark to furnish the new Mercedes Benz HQ in Atlanta and also the We Work facilities
