So the question to me is, how much do I shave off that asking price and with what justification.  50% seems a bit excessive just from a statistical perspective, but may not be totally ridiculous.

I see what the problem is now, rather the motivation.It appears EJ you want a simple contract because you lack the knowledge in the subject matter of the more in-depth contracts and opting for simplicity is more of a marketing advantage than an operational one.Your comment concerning time to revirew and taking other offers does not wash at all for a logical justification, what are others using for a contract?
