Hey everyone, I have been reading through Biggerpockets for about a month now and figured it was time to introduce myself. 

Are you sitting in the middle and trying to introduce the seller to a a buyer and the seller wants a bio on the buyer?

I realize I never formally introduced myself after engaging with many of you and getting a warm welcome and lots of great advice!

@Stone Teran  Here are a few ideas for your consideration (from a member of your target audience - an "Old Dawg"):Introduce a referral program for your existing tenants where they get a free months rent, restaurant gift cards, etc. for referred tenants who sign a one-year lease. 

I just wanted to drop by and introduce myself to the forums.

Many REI groups will not allow you to introduce yourself saying you are looking for partners or investors or Joint Ventures. 

That would be a great opportunity for you to meet folks and introduce yourself.
