The community amenities include clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, etc.Is it a wise idea to investment in two townhomes in the same community/neighborhood as a REI.

I found bigger pockets one day while searching for real estate podcasts to listen to while at the gym.

That place has amenities I don't have on any other property (pool, clubhouse, gym, walking and biking trails, skate park). 

The memberships are a lot like gym memberships, get you committed while you're hot on the benefits. 

I find myself, on even day to day purchases/activities, saying to myself "if I save this much money today by not buying new gym shoes or not going out for dinner then I can put that back for the next rental".

The questions I would ask to come to a conclusion would be:Does the property have all the highest amenities in the market that new properties have, such as, resort style pool, clubhouse or social setting, top of the line gym, dog park, car wash area, walking trails, free common area wifi, coffee shop, garages, etc...?

Hi there Richard,Grandma lives in Cheektowaga and I and go to a gym in Cheektowaga everyday so I know the area well.

When you're the smallest guy in the gym for the first time, everyone around you looks like professional athletes.
