Newbie from Fitchburg Massachusetts

Hi everyone! My name is Michael King. I found bigger pockets one day while searching for real estate podcasts to listen to while at the gym. I am going to begin investing in a few months once I get a couple more of my ducks in a row. I am hoping to find some motivated sellers in my area (Worcester County, MA), and buy/lease creatively. Planning for long hours of calling FSBO's, and plenty of learning and hard work. Looking forward to jumping into all the forums and asking all the tedious little questions I have. Most of the real estate books I have read answer a lot of the big technical questions but don't seem to touch on the basic concepts that I need help with. Thanks everyone!
