My real estate agent there says he isn’t concerned with the permit situation in Rome and he invests there himself and manages quite a few of them for other clients as well but I’m not as confident in the government there as he is.

Apparently with all the different weather related issues going on, and uptick in claims, some of the insurance carriers are no longer writing  Landlord policies in Oklahoma. 

This seema to be very similar to the tax lien buyers club everyone is talking about in the thread. ( 3 day refund policy, 3 day workshop for $1,000 to sign up ) If you look on the website the owners name is brian peterson which is strange since I just saw Lia Berry early threads mention the speakers name was chris peterson. does anyone know of any relationship between these two company's?

State Laws and Requirements Local Laws: Real estate is generally governed by the laws of the state where the property is located.

It’s entirely likely you would have to switch insurance products  - going to a commercial policy - but check with your carrier. 

Unless the government pays for it , it cant be done .

Different people can interpretate the policy differently.

At some point, I hope the government comes to their senses.
