Aside from that, most of the time BRRRR is going to work on basket cases, not houses that have pink walls, because you are going to buy it at a distressed price because of the scope of work that needs to be done.

People will always lust after a drop-dead gorgeous property, IMHO.Haven’t done it yet though, so we’ll see!

It was actually quite gorgeous and in a great neighborhood. 

I have lots of tools and expertise.Funny story: On another rental, years ago, I painted the house deep pink with purple trim.

To be honest they could paint the walls bright pink so long as they agree to return it to the original state before leaving or use part of their deposit to return it to the original state and I wouldn't care.Three things to ponder: 1.

There's two fairly large rooms in the basement, one is the aforementioned "artist quarters" and the other is what I call "the pink room"........its a crazy pink...room.

One of them threw a huge fit about no early check-in which resulted in 3 stars in a gorgeous newly remodeled million dollar home 2 blocks from the beach. 

You end up with a gorgeous home, fully furnished and ready to offer to the traveling nurses or others looking for a medium-term, furnished place to live.
