My wife works in the Bronx, and they have some nice triplexes in great areas there like Morris Park and Pelham Gardens, but they're going for anywhere from high 700s - over a million!

In orange county, the majority of multi-families are in the older areas like Santa Ana, Garden Grove etc. or the coastal cities like Newport and Huntington which are of course much more expensive.

One significant item to note is that the "Other" category will include apartments (garden, rooming house, etc.) that will have one entry as far as the count, but the property record will have multiple cards that represent the individual units.
