Mobile home 55+ first deal
I found a great deal in Victorville, California for a mobile home park for 11,000.
The downside is that it is a 55+ community.
Total dealbreaker? This would be my first investment.
Any experiences wth mobile homes or even 55+ community.
Please share. Thank you!!

@George Lods yes, I think it has a bad rep but it is starting to change as they are building new businesses, shops, restaurants because LA is so expensive so a lot of people are moving here and other surrounding cities. Thanks for your input!
