Wouldn't the property just foreclose and make me free from my debt?

I started a free demo yesterday.  

The newest outdoor is still advertising 1st month free as they haven't filled up, and I spoke with the climate controlled owner/builder yesterday (he's a pretty big REI in the area), and he made it sound like he hadn't leased a single climate controlled unit since they opened a few weeks ago.I recently purchased a 140x45 warehouse with low ceilings and had debated doing self storage, but my market seems very saturated.

My piece of advice would be to try to take advantage of as much free education as possible with podcasts, forums like these, YouTube, and other real estate investors.

Just help with due diligence to see if it can be done (you can do this yourself/free if you have the right questions to ask) on your lot or someone to take you through the entire process? 

I can provide him with an online log in so he can review the books from his office.

Today I would probably figure out to make money online with AI, that's an opportunity that did not exist in this form.
