There is a company (Company A) with 200+ employees that just sold their real estate to another large company (B).

Unless the tenant was a federal employee, I expect to never recover a single dime.

@Kurt DefenbaughIf you are self-employed with no full-time employees, you can open a solo 401k plan which would allow you to make a $55,000 tax deductible contributions for tax year 2018 as long as you adopt the plan by 12/31/2018.

Now if they also, for example, punched an employee you should include the termination for clear and present danger language. 

If you’re a good employee you’ll learn and earn and be ready to go by the time you have your license.

However, the success of this business hinges on your ability to weed through the masses in search of the best tenants, employees, contractors and partners available to you.
