I'd like to formulate a similar system and structure, but for buy and hold/flipping. 

I originally formulated goals and standards for myself based on becoming a licensed agent, and it wasn’t until recently that I started delving into the full range of knowledge available.

This is why I will let you and the other BP family members know all of the steps that I plan on taking , formulate a plan based on the responses and make that move.

We've kind of just been helping each other learn the ins and outs of the industry over the past year and have gone from knowing little or nothing to formulating detailed plans about what approach/niche to take on.I don't want to get too detailed on here but we can definitely keep in contact.

., I wanted to mention to you as well, you may want to go find a lender in your area, not to just get prequalified, but to also use their knowledge of the area as leverage, as they will know more about what type of financing is possible and could help you formulate the appropriate strategy and area to focus on for the type of investment you are interested in.
