Just get a loan broker residing in Cincinnati, pay the extra origination cost (those fees are usually buried in a lender's origination fee anyway) and find the right lender for your situation.

Do you need a bigger truck and a trailer, extra insurance storage..can you rent your machine out when your not using it?

However many times they won't tell you that, they'll just deny coverage and act like they fought so hard to get it approved but the coverage is just not there (when it certainly is).A good public adjuster will more than pay for their fee with the extra $$ they'll get you.
