I could agree more about you and your husband feeling enthusiastic about going down the rabbit hole of financial freedom.Which is your primary market ?

The agent(investor also) enthusiastically told me he could sell it for X amount.

Sooner or later the seller will have to give up trying to find an over-enthusiastic buyer and either fix the problems or lower the price accordingly.

The doctor has lived in Texas for a little while he was probably in school, but mostly, when I talked to him, he was very enthusiastic about living in the middle of Manhattan with an amazing view as a doctor. 

It was an eye opener for me to come to this group and meet more leaders of the industry and no what I would call general enthusiasts or those that are looking to invest as a side line.. these were all folks that had up and going fully mature real estate business's.. so in that way I was pretty much in awe of the whole proceeding.. nothing like going to Vegas shows or that stuff were its a lot of presenters and general public. if you have a few hundred bucks your get in the door.this event or group was invitation only … So like I said never been to one before did not know what to expect and was pretty humbled by the whole thing..

, he's just a genuinely enthusiastic member who takes advantage of pretty much all the training available in the program, including repeating it over and over again.  

When I held it, the 1st couple in saw the next couple very enthusiastic, so they quickly filled out an application and wrote on the bottom that they were willing to pay up to $130 more than the listed price!

So, if some folks are excessively enthusiastic about their office, ask them if they get anything for recruiting new agents into the office.  ;-)
