Is there an electronic ignition switch that can replace the standard pilot to help cure the out pilot problem?

I use Cozy but Zillow now offers similar electronic rent collection options.

If this is completely eliminated, this will be much tougher to handle missed or late rent, calling handymen, etc.Rent is paid electronically and this should be okay just using email but curious if anyone has dealt with this issue, or any general advice for me.

It's so common that the California Association of Realtors actually created a separate disclosure form for it (Wire Fraud and Electronic Funds Transfer Advisory).Usually when I hear of this scam it's the escrow/title officer's email that's being hacked since that's where the wiring instructions would normally come from. 

The addition of electronic entry for the parking garage seemed to help some, but somehow non residents were still getting in to charge their electric cars.Because I was a temp the office manager blew off my concerns while I was there.

To me this business is much like what i do with electronic repair but in a much higher dollar avenue.

I have used Tax Act the last couple of years because my state requires partnerships to file electronically but, I do not like Tax Act.

If the Taxpayer's information is correct and you want to file electronically, the personal exemption cannot be claimed for the taxpayer on this return.

I plan to efile, but don't know how to attach a statement when filing electronically.
