@Allen LiI will chime in after reading all the posts:I am not a fan of SFR... all eggs in one basket.

Anyone have thoughts on buying a home where there is a very large cell phone tower in the neighborhood?

I have used propstream for a while and purchased a skip traced list a while back with cell numbers.

One of the other things to consider is that realtors are commission based, so you don't get a flat check amount every two weeks, which makes planning for the future harder without a nest egg.
