Rental Property Insurance - How To Reduce Cost, Jacksonville FL

Hi All,

I currently have a rental property in Jacksonville, FL in the 32210 zip code and have been paying far too much for rental property insurance. My rental is very close to some commercial properties in the area and due to this, the 3 insurance agencies I have worked with so far are providing me quotes that are in excess of $2,000 per year. This cost is really impacting my cash flow as you can see and since moving the location of my rental is not an option, does anyone have a recommendation for insurance providers or other resources to help reduce the annual cost of the rental insurance?

All recommendations and thoughts on the matter are much appreciated!

- Best, Jason
