Instead I'd focus on building an application that allows people to easily search the database.

You can create a "man cave" space pretty easily depending on the size.

Plus, all this stuff lying around could easily impede ingress/egress.

Because the 0% interest rate was coming to an end on the first of my credit cards through Fund & Grow, I sought a second round of funding through them so as to maintain a 0% interest payment on the funds going forward...still had to make the minimum payment going forward which at that time had accumulated to about $1000 per month plus property yard maintenance and taxes.Hoping that Clayton would do some of his magic and get the house built, screen some qualified tenants and get some cash flow going to be able to satisfy the payback of the credit cards until such time that I could get the new house independently appraised and financed through a traditional mortgage which the cash flow would have easily covered according to what Clayton promises in his podcast relating to the new construction builds. 

Many of us in Illinois hear quite a bit about how easily you can get sued as a landlord related to security deposit handling, thus many shifting to a non-refundable move in fee instead. 

Everything else I'm doing I can scale up easily.

Their calendar view is really nice and immediately syncs with the channels.I can easily message guests from the app regardless of where they booked.

Never ceases to amaze me how many invetors and vendors don't take into account the resources and LOST data resulting from switching management software.Think about it, you can switch from Google Docs.Sheets/etc to Microsoft products easily and without losing much.Try switching between ANY management software products and you have to do everything manually or via limited CSV files AND YOU LOSE MUCH OF YOUR PREVIOUS DATA!
